I grew up in Texas and then went off to college in Tennessee. There I met my future wife in a great story you'll have to hear someday. Med school was back in Texas. We got married during my 2nd year. After med school, it was on to Neurology residency in the Deep South. Now that I'm a full fledged neurologist, I'm just trying to balance it all with a new baby on the way...

One more plug

It's mostly been stories, but for songs that I have truly grown to love, check out Janelle's cousin who is quite amazing on lead vocals and fiddle. Their music is described as "progressive bluegrass," but mostly it's just a whole lot of fun. The title track to their new album, "Doin' My Job," has been my new driving to work anthem. When I have a particularly busy day ahead, I just put it on repeat. Let me know what you think of it!
