Funny shorts

I saw the most hilarious license plate the other day. It read: 1BM QD.
For those non-medical types, that is medical abbreviation code for one bowel movement per day. I wonder if the owner of the car was a gastroenterologist...or maybe a Metamucil salesman.

So Janelle has begun her psych residency. Woohoo for another paycheck! But seriously, we're both so happy that she has finally reached the final destination in the long journey that has been medical education. Her first funny story was a patient she had this week who was paranoid and delusional. Throughout her stay in the hospital, she insisted that she had seen Janelle and myself shopping in the home section of a TJ Maxx where she used to work back in Texas. The scary thing is that her claim very well could be a true one and not a delusion. I often joke with Janelle that we need to start a separate section of our budget titled TJ Maxx/Stein Mart/Marshall's. Or maybe buy stock in those companies.
